3. Payments

4. Session Packages – Validity

• Packages must be used within six (6) months from purchase

• Extensions up to twelve (12) months may be granted at practitioner discretion

• Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited

• Packages are non-refundable

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur the full session fee.

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of that session.

• No refunds or credits are provided for late cancellations or unattended sessions.

6. Course Refund Policy

Access to online courses is provided immediately upon successful payment. Login details are sent automatically via email.

Due to the digital nature of course materials and immediate access provided, purchases are non-refundable.

Please ensure the program is suitable for you before purchasing.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Change in personal circumstances

• Failure to complete the program

If the course is not delivered as described, or there is a major technical fault preventing access, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Due to immediate access, digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

Faulty physical products may be replaced within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
